The actual wood used by Buck Knives, for a limited time, is called Shedua.

We see the first offering of the 110FG on the 1982 dealer catalog order forms, but not shown in the catalog.
The 1983 catalog has the first appearance of finger-grooved production models.

The 110 stamp will have a Serif Font and the four dots may appear very faint.
